Taking care of a Plated Name Necklace or Name Jewelry

★Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart, so that they

don't rub together or tangle up.

★Wear jewellery for appropriate tasks, avoid wearing rings when cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.

★Don't let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish removers, perfume and hairspray.

★When washing your hands (away from home) - don't place your rings on the wash basin remove them and place them onto your necklace or place in a pouch in your handbag or purse.

★Never go swimming in your jewellery, chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage.

Treat your jewellery with care and it will be around for you to enjoy for a long time!

Taking care of a 925 Silver Jewelry

Global brand names giantssuch as Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Chrome Hearts, Gucci, Bvlgari, etcall have came out with their line of 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry. Withthe popularity of designer jewelry manufactured using 925 sterlingsilver, it is also important to learn how we should care and maintainour 925 sterling silver jewelry!

★Understand your 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry:

Many people wonder just how to take care of their sterling silver jewelry. When you first purchased that silver necklace, ring or broach it was shiny and beautiful. In time silver tarnishes from the interaction of silver and sulfides in the air. First the tarnish will take on a golden hue, and eventually, it will turn the piece black. This is a natural process. Higher sulfide levels are associated with humidity and/or air pollution. Keep in mind that the more humid the climate, the faster sterling will tarnish. Once you walk out the door and the silver starts turning black very quickly.

★Keep your 925 sterling silver jewelry away and separate from jewelry made of other metals. This is to preventany potential adverse reactions between the metals.

★Always keep your 925 SterlingSilver Jewelry in a jewelry box when not inuse, as it should be kept clean and it is best that it is kept awayfrom dust. It is also recommended to store it in a cool and dry place.

★Alternatively, you may like to wrap each piece of 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry with a piece ofnon-buffered tissue paper. Be sure to ensure that the tissue paper isacid-free and of archival quality. You may also use an anti-tarnishtissue to guard against changes in humidity. This anti-tarnish tissuewill protect against changes in humidity and will also protect your 925Sterling Silver Jewelry from harmful materials in the environment especially air.

★Never store your 925 SterlingSilver Jewelry by wrapping it in newspaper or binding them togetherusing rubber bands, as these will react with 925 sterling silvercausing some discoloration.

★It is important to prevent your 925 sterling silverjewelry from coming into contact with chlorine (even in swimming pools), salt water at the beach, detergents that may contain certainbleaches and also lotions that contain unknown chemicals.

Maintaining your 925 sterling silver jewelry regularly will be ideal. Tarnish on your 925 sterlingsilver jewelry usually form as a mild yellowish tint initially and iseasily removed when first noticed.

★The simplest way is usually the best way. Use the soft cloth that we provided and polish your silver everytime when it needed to remain bling bling It will be mantain beautiful!
